If you're anything like me, then you may have gone a little overboard stocking up on pumpkin and cranberries this fall. I wish that these ingredients were acceptable to bake with year round, but I guess their seasonality is what makes them so special. And this bread is a delicious way to use them up at the end of their season!
I've made this pumpkin bread many times but this is the first time I've added cranberries. And it was a great flavor combination! I'll definitely be adding this to my yearly fall recipe line-up!
